A gate? What could be cool about it?

First, it has Nikon hinges with ball bearing. I’m not kidding. Somebody donated me two industrial Nikon rotary encoder assemblies. I took them apart and use them in my gate. Why not?
Wait, where are the the rotary encoders? They are on a shelf in my garage. I do not need a gate with rotary encoders yet. What you see on the picture is the rest of the rotary encoder assembly.

The other cool thing is – my gate is large. The whole fence section spins around.
